Because everybody believes "free" offers are a scam, they just click the window closed or change the channel.

A 99 cent tibet still sounds like a deal, people would tell themselves that maybe it was produced somewhere very cost effective.

       I have long been a proponent of a free Tibet with the purchase of a second Tibet of equal or greater value. However, I have kept this slogan to myself, as it would be fraudulent to sell someone else’s property.
