Incidentally, why isn't "spacecraft" another word for "interior design"?

A compact ashtray that sucks in the air from smokers ciggarettes, ash and room air. It is passed through a washing process (steam cleaned) - whereby the smoke particles bind to the moisture in the air. Air comes out through a filter - clean and not smelling. Process/ fans are activated by the use of a smoke detector circuit. Could be housed in a clear perspex container so that you can see when the washing/spay water needs replaceing Could also add scent to cleaned air

Not sure of the purifying process, but so-called "smokeless" ashtrays already exist. See link.

So long as it takes all their air, I'd buy one.

How does it differentiate the air from the bad air?
