Enrichment of air can be done without adding any oxygen into it by a particular apparatus which can concentrate oxygen in a particular region from where air enriched in oxygen can be taken out and burned with fuel inside the motor. |

Once you get over that part, the rest is easy. This could be adapted for scuba - or custard. |
