Annotations often refer to the numeric score of an idea, making the annotations almost immediately obsolete.

These macros would allow such annotations to be timeless.

       What's the point of this? So you can write "This idea's really crap it's got # fish and only # croissants" when it's got 2 fish and 1 croissant, and then a year later it says "This idea's really crap it's got 3 fish and only 247 croissants" and everybody thinks you're innumerate and generally stupid and they throw rocks at your house and try to sell you volcano insurance. That is the point of this idea, isn't it?

       In fairness, perhaps this idea could be salvaged by using dynamic automatic annotations. E.g. "If (fishbones>croissants) write('This idea really sucks and I think the poster should die') else write ('This idea is really brilliant and I want to pay to put this into production')" That way you wouldn't need to have an opinion at all.
