The word "How?" springs to mind at this point.

Have an elderly relative who can no longer articulate as he/she used to? Perhaps a recent stroke or similar makes communication difficult for them? Very frustrating for both parties. This product, similar to the drunken slur translator, would build up a database of the sage elder's word sounds linked to their meaning, analysing them to make better sense of which sounds are intended. An ear piece is also made available for relatives, assistants etc.
