Baker Island. It exists. It's uninhabited. It's waiting for us. [link]
There is an airstrip, conveniently unusable by conventional aircraft but adequate for Hullaballoons and ion-drive craft of various kinds.
The remote location means that all of us will have to make a similar
effort to attend.
We need permission from the US Fish and Wildlife Service to go there - suggest "Massive Guano Replacement Project" as our cover.
Anyone connected in Washington? I recently spilled a rum and coke on the Commander of the US Pacific Fleet, but that doesn't count.
