In our endless and impractical search for the meaning of liff, UBCo Labs have built a Large Comedy Collider in the back yard. It was only because of this joyous happenstance that we may have detected a slight whiff of a previously unknown particle, the Barbarino.

It appears to come in a number of flavours, including up, down, charming, oppressive, confident and garlic.

We found it when one of our lab techs accidentally stuck a rubber hose up his nose, during a test run.
