Thought this was "Cats with periscopes". Would provide an alternative to the tail from which to sling kitty. |

I posted some time ago (many years ago, that is, cannot find it now) an idea to have cameras on drones or balloons that zoom in upon the subscriber's request. You'd need only one drone for every 1000 cars or so, so it wouldn't be that expensive. At least not the high-availability subscription plan. |
