It happens to me every single time I want to remove the book from inside a cd case - I may bend the page with my finger as I try to remove it, or keep losing grip on it and be forced to repeat the action again and again.
The simplest of inventions is needed to remedy the problem, a small tab protruding from the right edge of the front page of every cd book produced. This allows the booklet to be lifted free of its confines with little to no harm done.
