Cereals etc have contents listed (fat, sugar etc), but how much collected by charities goes to advertising, wages, etc & how much to the actual target? There are two charities in my town collecting for guide dogs, but only one actually produces a useful number of them (the other collects more money, though).

I know info is there if you dig for it phoenix, but I havn't seen any colectors with a % label sewn to their clothes, much less a print or tv ad with a piechart. Full disclosure charity collectin isn't baked yet, not by a long shot!

Ah yes, we need to be spoon fed everything in our lives.

Panhandlers should also be required to provide on demand a list of weekly expenditures, broken down into the categories of cigarettes, alcohol and illegal drugs.
