Chilly the Penguin

Cool bedmate for summer

Do sultry summer nights make you sleepless? Why not bed down with Chilly the Penguin?

Chilly the Penguin is a fuzzy fellow, formally attired in black and white, with handsome orange ear tufts. Chilly spends most of his time in your freezer; but when the lights go out, Chilly comes out – out of the ice box, that is, and into your bed. This dude knows how to keep his cool while he chills out with you.

Snuggle up to Chilly and sleep away those muggy dog-day nights.

(Chilly the Penguin is the size and shape of an extra-large penguin-shaped bowling pin. He contains a core of ice secured in a leak-proof inner vessel. When you hug him, he melts in your arms. Cool, but not too cold, thanks to a layer of insulating feathers, Chilly will keep you comfy 'til the cock crows.)

Brrr... I really like this idea. Time to work on a prototype - but I don't think that ice is the best material for the chilly core. -BeeBee

       are penguins hairy?
po, Jul 21 2003

Penguins are feathery. It's the annos that are getting hairy.

What do hairiers have to do with it? We're talking about penguins.

Harrier penguins? So the little guys are now VTOL capable? I didn't even know they could fly.

I don't know about you, but I dont really have enough room for an extra large bowling pin in my refridgerator. Otherwise, this is perfect for the times when its.... Hot.
