The word "digits" confuses me. I would expect the belt to somehow project numbers next to the wearer - e.g., an XII above their head - but that would be very unwieldy. Is that what you intended? Or are the numbers involved just a parallel digital display? (Parallel apparel?) |

I think the purpose of the belt is to alert others that the person wearing it is fact a timepiece, and not merely insane. |

to really be useful, the clock would need to center around the chest, not the belt. arms don't rotate at that angle. |

The numbers on the belt are for reference, however the arms are pointed outwards, parallel to the ground. The right arm serves as the hour hand for numbers on the right side and the left arm for minutes on the right side and vice-versa |

if the left and right hands alternate to show minute and hour on their respective halves, then you will never know when it is actually 9:15 or 3:45. |
