How about if there is a directory of cool ideas where you can post ideas which you think already out there or relatively easily possible to implement, which change your life or the world forever for better. So instead of halfbakery it is fully backed ideas and have effectively worked. For example in
comuputer world, I can translate to Web, Google, Blogs etc..
