Upon entering the wheel you rotate (anti-clockwise) past the first, then second and then dessert counter spaces where you make your choice and draw the plate (or bowl)
onto your fold-down eating surface.
Beverages are randomly distributed on the remaining radians of the counter. The wheel does rotate slow enough to avoid athletic moves to rehydrate.
