A radio competition to get employees to say what makes their boss most like Darth Vader. The verdict is decided by the resident Star Wars fan, and the boss that wins gets sent a Darth Vader helmet and a little certificate. The employees for the boss have to call him 'master', or 'great lord' or something
along those lines. The employees get a Star Wars DVD.
