While you're asleep, a cute doll crawls onto the top of your head, drops a window-cleaners' crib down over your forehead, and winches itself down over your eyes, nose, and to your mouth, where they part your gums and give your teeth a good old scrub. Soon afterwards (perhaps they grink tea when done)
they go up all over again.
Requires artificial intelligence improvements and vertical sleeping position.
