Unscrew the top and a large, spring-loaded tongue pops out like a novelty toy. Unscrew the bottom and insert the can in the mouth opening so that the lips form a seal around it. Turn on the alternately blowing and sucking fan and adjust the panting speed to your breathing.

Keep the tongue wet with water or spit. Enjoy a cool day at the beach ogling the babes/hunks.

       Being from the UK, I was expecting underwear for a dog, which would not be a good idea I think!!...I'm bunning this as I would imagine that the ladies would love this as they love being panted at. For the lazy panter this is a must :)
