Inspired by an annotation elsewhere, I have extrapolated a little, below.

One of the common activities used on assertiveness courses and "bonding sessions" is that of catching a falling, blindfolded person.

Carrying on from that theme, the new meditative technique of Dominoga (the name is particularly appropriate, as you will see) involves a room full of blindfolded students, who each have to catch the member in front of them as they fall backwards into their arms.

Each masked student must first achieve a state of advanced relaxation, through breathing, meditation and intoned chanting, until all are in a trancelike state. They then commit to the "Domino Effect", falling deliberately backwards.

Eventually, everyone in the class is in repose, joined (see definition) to the people in front and behind them.

It is expected that Japanese students will quickly attain world record status, for the number of participants and complexity of design of Dominoga patterns.

Thank you. Visualising it was fun.

If a "tree" falls in a Yoga class...

To achieve greater precariousness, use the Tree pose (see link).

Yeah, visualizing it was fun for me too (first).

This can't be fun for the last person in line. But a fun visual, nonetheless.

A Lotus with chains is a crime against sports cars.
