       It may be true that redundancy is necessary, but sometimes, it is necessitated that there be a redundant element - in order that is, to ensure redundancy is in evidence, and that it is evidenced, redundantly.   

       It might also be worth pointing out that a level of repetition might be of use, to the extent that it's not actually used, except in the circumstance that the first be corrupted in some way, otherwise being surplus to requirement and acting only to reiterate previous points - though repetition of semantics need not mandate repetition of words and context (though there is danger of unwanted non-redundant meaning seeping through under these circumstances)

       I'm with Vernon. This enables you to determine what was meant if you misunderstand it one time.   

       You should say it three times. This allows recovery from a misunderstanding or reading error in one of the three versions.   

       If you say it 3 times then the reader can perform error correction.
