Drunk drive

Ok stop what your doing and pull over to the side of the road. The bars are closed and so are the roads to non-drunk drivers for one half hour. Not all roads, main drags, roads on streets with a lot of clubs and so forth. At the end of the 30 minutes the roads open back up and regular driving can commence. Anyone pulled over and found not to be drunk will be ticketed and fined for endangering the drunkies.

This would greatly reduce the amount of traffic on the roads in which the drunks are driving. So there would be less (i stress "less") accidents.

So your drunk, its two in the morning, you have a half hour to get home before your pulled over for a dui.

       Better regulations will be necessary though, as I certainly don't want drunks driving past MY house...

       I drive drunk. Yes, I drive drunk. It is on back roads with no traffic, late at night and I go slow and don't let myself get distracted by anything. But nonetheless, I drive drunk. It is an immoral behavior. Somebody spank me.
