       William Gibson has preheated a piece of software called "Seperated at Birth", which figures out which public figure you most resemble. It seems the celebrity recognition lobe of the brain works better than raw facial memory.

       You could hook it up to webcams all over the place and monitor those for passing aliens, too. Especially when images get grainy in low light, you might pick up a ghost or two.
