Patents and copyrights on literature lasts only fifty years after the writters death, so your headston will be unique for fifty years only. |

I was thinking that, whilst the patents would work in a qualitatively similar way, original epitaphs would have a longer copyright - say 100, 150 years. Long enough for your survivors to have finished surviving. |
