Enter the Dohyo sat and harnessed upon a large inflated spacehopper.Whilst firmly grasping the rubber horns, each contestant performs the ritual hopper Shiko, vigorously bouncing
in their corner for preparation of Honbasho.
The spacehopper Sumo bout can now proceed.All usual Sumo rules apply by bouncing your contender from the ring.Spacehopper Sumo could open up some high aerial bouncing and rebound ring action for all.
