Full-size replicas with neato catchphrases

Simple enough, really. A full-sized replica (painted plastic with a post that can be cement-mounted) of a famous person, with a mail slot built into them. Could also be made of something more durable, like concrete, if necessary.

Extra-special editions could have solar-powered speakers and a set of short catchphrases that play when mail is inserted. Examples include:

Tom Cruise: "Do you know the history of the post? I do."
George H.W. Bush: "Not gonna do it. Not gonna pay those bills."
George W. Bush: "I have acquired political mail, and I intend to read it!"
Bill Clinton: "I did not have literary relations with that woman."
Bruce Willis: "Yippee ki-yay, mother mailer."

...and other irreverent pop culture references.

What do they say after someone runs over them with a pick-up ute?
