Part of the problem with recycling is that people just don't seem to do it. Then, you have the different recycling bins... then you have the recycling truck that has to come along behind the regular garbage truck...

I'm proposing the creation of a centralized processing facility where a city's landfill is already located that would essentially "refine" the various materials that naturally occur in household waste.

The waste material would be pulverized and then sent through a series of refining steps (similar to gold extraction or other mining type processes) as well as chemical processes that would extract the plastics and other components.

The resultant raw materials would then be sold as if they had been mined and refined in the first place.

Getting weapons with the greatest of ease
The gangs stake out their own campus locale
And if they catch ya slippin' then it's all over pal
If one guy's colors and the other's don't mix
Their gonna bash it up, bash it up, bash it up, bash it up

Hey! Man you disrespecting me? Take 'im out

Aah, I see [norm] has rescued one of the few releases from the Offspring that shouldn't have been tossed. However, their career as of late has been a different story.
