Your doohickeys would probably be a composite wind-strength determining assembly having a variably pivoted trigger lug continuously activated by anemometer-rotated centrifugal-weights governor. Such assembly would be in trigger-switch mode, has winch-activating lever function, is tension-spring loaded and supported by axial-radial combination bearings subjected to continuous torque imparted by shifting wind vanes/fins. |

We have 3 actions to perform:
a) closing fan at BDC
b) opening fan at TDC
c) moving fulcrum to get full extension. Originally I thought that a partial-deflection cycle would cause the fulcrum to move for the next cycle, but now I'm leaning towards making it a full time process based on the velocity of the downswing. |
