I used to have a window hanger thing with a smiley on one side and a grumpy on the other, which i hung in my window with the appropriate side facing depending on my mood.
Why not have a HB version with a fishbone and a croissant to similarly express emotions?
Window attachment is achieved with
the use of a sucker and the sign hangs on wire or string (like a shop open/close sign).
The benefits of showing the world how you feel are questionable, but it would look cool even if not used for any particular purpose.

We suckers always seem to get attached to Windows. |

I would like to think that my neighbors could judge my mood from the look on my face. |

No point in showing off what your mood is, at any time. Let them find out the hard way. |

I have reconsidered the expressing of mood purpose, but wouldn't a hanging sign just look cool? |
