The Hand Gun series fires hand-shaped munitions that lets you "reach out and touch someone" in a much more artistic manner than that afforded by simple lead or rubber slugs.
"Hands" contain basic range/direction sensors and aerodynamic intelligence as well as artificial musculature. When fired, the
munition first forms into an aerodynamic shape, fingers straightened together into a point. Along the way, their actuators flex allowing them to follow their given trajectory (untargeted) or seek out targets along their flight path. Just before the target is reached they flex into the pre-programmed "attack" shape. Their keen programmable aerodynamic actuators flex, allowing them to reach targets around corners and over obstacles.
There are 2 modes of operation:
"Attack" Mode can strike the target variously with Fist, Hammer, Chop, Pickaxe, Poke, Palm and the ever popular "The Finger"; attacks can also come in at an horizontal or vertical angle with Fore/Back Slaps, Noogies and Uppercuts as well as the aforementioned.
"Grapple Mode" enables the munition to literally grab a target; programming can range from the "Pinch" setting, through "Grab"(with various levels of power) right up to "Capture" which puts a Finger-cage around the target. And of course a line can be attached to use the Hand as a grappling hook of incomparable ability.
