I think if you shape the implant in a particular way, it wouldn't be a problem, though the question "why" does occur. To reduce weight very, very slightly? Also, wouldn't they vary in size according to the weather? What would happen in an aircraft? |

No particular reason, other than to thwart the effects of gravity on breast tissue for as long as possible. |

As for taking them aboard aircraft, it would certainly enhance your "status" as a stewardess... not to mention enhancing your chances of survival in the event the aircraft ditched into water. |
