Jarrod watched, in rapt fascination. They sure as hell didn't have anything like this out around Woorabinda.
The hand swung up over the fat man's head again, gently wiping a spot of Bolognaise suce from one lens of his spectacles, then retreating behind his head again. It re-emerged, holding
a small square of cloth, and began busily cleaning the folds and crevices of his right ear. Throughout this ordeal the man seemed totally oblivious, even when it wiped a dribble of tomato and beef mince from his chin and dabbed at the corners of his mouth.
A slim multi-jointed arm, attached to a headband, it swings over the wearer's head from the back, positioning itself to best effect, to keep the sun out of your eyes, wave at people you know, dab stray crumbs and dribbles of egg from around your mouth, remove stray eyelashes from your eyes...
Jarrod realised the awesome potential of ... The Hand, when he saw it gouge an awesome booger out of the guy's nose, whipping it into a tissue and lobbing it, for a three-pointer, into the trash can across the room [link]

No mention of how the hand is controlled. If it's autonomous, yes, veers close to magic, at least for the next few years. But, it could be that it is being controlled by the character's wife or friend or employee or even by the character himself with a little pocket remote. |

In any case, I don't think people should be allowed to play with their joystick in a restaurant. |

I can't believe the only Inspector Gadget sites I can find are for that dire LA film... Go Go Gadget Hand! |

No magic here. A skilled operator can steer it with judicious wiggling of the ears and some voice control commands, [bris]. |

Would this gigantic booger have been picked from Pugsly, Gomez or uncle Fester? |

Chill out guys. I can't really agree. This week has produced such popular offerings as Death Grip, Ass Ratchet, Goth Crunch and Steel Drum Urinals, and four recent [UB] ideas, including this one, have accumulated an average of +6. |
