Punches holes in the papers that are to go into the binder.

There's no conceivable reason why paper exists that isn't pre-punched with holes for easy organization in a binder. This is especially so when there's anything at all of importance on it, which should be expected in any case, for what other reason was it printed then? Merely to add clutter to the lives of people and protrude dog-eared from file folders and drawers?

It seems that the solution to unpunched paper is in making the punching of holes easier. There are problems associated with this including not always having a cumbersome hole punch on one's person at all times. Though, if one is in the habit of carrying a standard ringed binder there may be a solution.

At times of desperation when loose leafs abound and the disorganization is pushing the limits of sanity, that an unmodified binder may irrationally be used to punch holes in paper. This is devastatingly ineffective: ripping paper and misaligning holes. The Hole Punching Binder is much more effective towards this end.

As binders of the multi-steel-ring snapping shut variety already abound, the punching mechanisms ought to be distributed as a retrofit. These small fittings attach to the interlocking ends of the rings and each contains a slot into which paper can be slid for proper alignment. Then the rings are snapped shut and the holes are punched. The rings needn't to be reopened, as the page can be allowed to fall in place.
