Attached to the balloon, the final layer
of thin tissue paper to make the pinata appear conventional. Candy is inside the vacuum vessel and must be taken apart manually after implosion.
There will be glass shards mixed in
I envision using a metal baseball bat or lead pipe for a striking instrument.
