Sex is nifty, but have you put a cotton swab in your ear? It can actually be stunningly pleasureable. Unfortunately the package of cotton swabs says not to.
I think it is possible t0o make a micromechaniclly actuated force sensing, perhaps camera guided imitation of a cotton swab that feels even
more pleasureable when inserted in the ear than a cotton swab.
They could do fMRI or positron emission scanning to find out what parts of the brain are stimulated when a person pleasurably puts acotton swab or K-Tip in their ear then make a drug that stimulates the same kind of neurons with the same localization
