In principle, this idea is pretty good, but I'd be highly skeptical of the premise that karaoke can be used as an indication of talent. For comedy, however, I think this idea could really work, so [+]. |

It would be nice to add another enhancement to the filtering program. Once the top 1 or 2 percent of people who could sing on key (more or less) were selected they could be grouped according to tone. Then it might be interesting to listen to those who sang it outside the generic tone. |
