Canvassers always have clipboards stuffed with shiny material. Why not put such paperwork to better use?

Humans-on-the-street are asked to solve a real person's or group issue. In some cases the question is an open-ended question. In other cases it's a True/False question about an actual decisions that someone made and whether or not it had disastrous consequences. Answer the T/F question wrong and you are consequently obliged to make a donation for that suffering person's cause.

Dumb people have a hard enough time making ends meet. A real know-it-all tax should collect from the people who get the question right. Plus they will be feeling smug and self-satisfied, and so more likely to feel that they can spare some $.
