We need an organization to catch all the bad guys no matter what it takes. To do this they need to toss out crazy ideas like freedom from search without a warrant that were thought of by old dead guys who talked funny and were not at all hip.
I suggest this organization be called the Kriminal Guardian
Bureau because the name is both katchy and kute.
