With all these umbrella ideas floating around, I thought I'd join in the fun.

The Laughabrella will be a seemingly ordinary umbrella but embedded into the fabric are sensors that trigger playback of a soft, childlike giggle each time a drop of rain strikes the surface. Next time a light shower turns into a torrential downpour, your sour demeanor becomes de-nicer amid torrential giggles!

We have several children's toys that feel the need to laugh or guffaw at the slightest provocation. One we refer to as the security system, because simply walking beside it sets it off.

That's okay, sanity was boring anyway...

//embedded into the fabric are sensors// Sounds difficult to make fully waterproof. What's needed is an umbrellabrella, designed to sit atop your umbrella and keep it dry, so you don't have to shake the water off it when you go inside.
