Mouse tooth

The tongue has fairly good motoric control. A tiny tracking device could be mounted to the inside surface of a tooth and operated with the tip of the tongue to control the mouse on a computer. The signal is transmitted wireless. It could be a bluetooth device where the battery is recharged by heavy chewing or a passively powered device like they use for RFID tags.

It would be fun to watch beginners wag their tongues until they gag. Advanced users would just sit there calmly with no visible motion with apparently telepathic control over the mouse.

I haven't figured out yet how to disable the mouse while I talk or eat.
