Observation: Paper waste volumes in modern offices, especially legal offices, are amazing.

Observation: The Japanese make some of the most beautiful paper in the world.

Put a few sheets of paper through the Munchiwashi, where they are shredded to miniature particles and dumped into a tray of water.

A mould & deckle rises out of the water, swinging out to one side, over a drip tray. You drop a couple of maple leaves, collected during your lunchtime walk, on top of the pulp. The mould & deckle swings back in and another layer of pulp is deposited then dumped and dried. Ten minutes later a sheet of paper, with a couple of dried, red maple leaves embedded in it, is deposited on your desk.

Mrs Willis's superseded will is now a beautifully decorative sheet of paper, ready for haiku or framing.

And while we are having this late night exchange (Oh, just late night for me.) can you relay any hb veteran advice to me on a good view for keeping up with threads in which one is involved?...Such as when there are responses to one's annotations.

I once posted an idea of a view that acted like an e-mail inbox. It would show any ideas that you had annotated that had then been annotated again. But once you checked the idea it would disappear from the view. Perhaps I worded it wrong. Bakers didn't like it.

       Sorry. Reading your idea now.

Morning [po]. "what time is it? 4:30, Is it late, no, it's early"
Just hit the crossaint button and the possitive votes jumped by 2. [po] and I just had a moment. It was you [po]?

Um...I would like to actually begin the discussion of the idea at hand by saying "I like it."

Man, I wish I had your IM names guys. I'm lonely.

A portable unit would be good for spraying on insta-wallpaper.

I'm researching papermaking at the moment. We're thinking of using washi paper panels in our new wardrobe doors.
