If an underwire was made from nitinol, then whenever it was taken off, it could return to it's 'factory-programmed' shape setting. I really hate it that the wires get permanently bent out of shape over time! There's a reason for underwires... it's called SUPPORT. A conventional bent wire provides none at all. Might as well remove them. |

On the other hand, as soon as a nitinol bra was put on, it would begin slowly to lose it's shape due to temperature change and time. But at least I'd feel better puting one on... kinda like sitting on a cool toilet seat vs. one that's warm from someone's recent tush? :S |
