I've heard that people who eat a few spoonfuls of ice cream every day lose weight more easily (because they don't feel deprived and are less likely to binge).
The only problem is how to keep ice cream in your house without eating all of it at once.
Diet programs should produce plastic half-gallon
ice cream tubs that are internally segmented into compartments with some form of combination lock - you can't open the next segment until someone emails you the combination. To get started, you log into the diet program's web site using the 16-digit number printed on the side of the container. When it's empty, bring the container back to the diet center to exchange for a new one.
If you really, really wanted to get into the ice cream prematurely, you could (if you had the sharp tools necessary). But it would be inconvenient. Maybe enough so to dissuade you.
Thank you. Background on the "ice cream" claim.
http://www.china.or...h/health/184719.htm Calories are factored into the diet; it's low-fat ice cream; 3-5 aerobic exercise days per week, 2-3 strength training. [jutta, Aug 07 2007]

You could put the new combination on t'internet each day, print them in the paper or put them in TV/radio ads. |

or you could have a password lottery. all the calorie-holics would gather eagerly by their internet screen, their favorite big-size spoon in hand, then run to the freezer and try their luck. |

I don't understand the need to gather by their screens, or await any kind of instruction before running to the freezer and trying their luck. |
