A training cycle hooked up to a stereo, turntable, video game controller, DVD player, VCR, iPod and 'phone charger, rechargeable reading lamp, batteries for your vibrator and many more entertainment devices... even a laptop powered by vigorous arm movements.
The longer you enjoy, the less you
weigh. Listen to music while you pedal, lose weight even while you laugh along with your favourite TV shows, if you happen to have a pedal-powered TV.

Home" idea; once you have the basic idea,
the others sort of follow automatically. |

This is the only one of the pack that generates electricity. The others are pumps, rotational power generators or just plain hard work. |

I've used a stationary bike powered television, which had a very small black and white screen (probably >9"). It was very difficult to run it for even a few seconds (although I was young, and have a lung disease which causes me to have very little endurance). |
