Have a bong with an insulated and cooled chamber. Have a misting system towards the top of the chamber that activates when the snow in the bong gets to low. The mist would crystallize and fall creating new snow in the chamber. Water from snow melted by warm smoke would drain through a valve system.
Sufficient negative pressure created by someone taking a hit would close the valve allowing for proper smoke-from-bowl-to-lung function.
The misting holes would need to be easily cleaned as resin build-up would be an issue.

I hope you didn't fishbone it just 'cuz I've been posting a bunch of pot related ideas. (I just posted another one.)
