Plasma Skylight
A natural extension of Simonj's Plasma Walk idea. I had this idea a long time ago and never posted it, and Simonj's post reminded me and opened the door for it. | |
Exactly like the Plasma walk idea, but on the ceiling! Plasma screens on the cieling. Would be great for night-shift office workers. Cover the windows, and you could have sky and moving cloud images recorded from earlier in the day to simulate daylight in the office. Other neat effects could be achived
for
special occasions, like mock fireworks displays and airplane flybys.

I was expecting a plasma window [link] used as a skylight. |

Does that CoeLux site's patents page work for anyone else?
All I get on there is "contact us", not a list of patents. And
they have no page describing how their technology works,
AFAICS. |
