With a simple system of clear plastic tubes, basins and half-pipes attached to the walls of tall buildings, rainwater washing down from the roofs is channelled into spectacular cascading fountain displays.

If these were in LA, the water collected could be fed by aquaduct to California's spontaneous combustion zones (why do they insist on referring to forest fire prone areas? even scrub refuses to grow some years). |
