It’s the ultimate get-rich-quick scheme. The best thing is, the only people you rip off are those who so truly deserve it. Of course, it's also self-limiting, since you are creating your own competition.

I'm not sure about the late night informercial part, but this particular pyramid scheme was special in that it sold people websites to sell people websites to ... you get the idea. [jutta, Aug 21 2002]

Annotation:

Ho hum. Baked. And no one *deserves* to be ripped off, even the very, very stupid. Even those who watch infomercials. (It was documented on some TV program; it was actually a web site, and they plastered telephone pole ads all over California, but ripping people off through fraud is hardly a new or interesting concept.)

P.S. I demand that you *immediately* change your account name to avoid confusion. Actually, no I don't. No apologies necessary. I'm not blissmiss. (You will have to answer to DrBob separately, but he never complained about me so I think you're on safe ground.)
