Lets face it, there would be 100 work arounds, but if you lack the dicipline it's a good reminder. May also keep the kids out of the junk when they get home by having an unlocked section (like I said "work arounds").

Well, in Japan there is a refrigerator which opens only a minute or so after you touch the grip - and it displays messages like "Do you really have to eat?" and "Mind the calories!" in the meantime... |
