pretty self-explanatory, and of course inspired by my fridge that for no apparent reason isn't completely closing the door automatically for the last few weeks.
Simply a more fine-tuned fridge light, but on the outside: if the fridge(or freezer) doors aren't *completely* shut a light mounted on the
outside of the door turns on... then after a few minutes an audio alarm.
Possible extensions include the door being *shut* but the temperature being way out of whack somewhere (indicating a cooling problem.
more fun but a tad less practical

[+] I suppose that you wouldn't have to deal with this issue if you purchased a higher quality refrigerator but this could still be a major selling feature if it didn't significantly add to the price of the cheaper models. |
