Many businesses have casual Fridays, to improve morale, and let people wind down at the end of the workweek. (Or something like that) Well I say people get enough opportunities to dress casual, I think what people might prefer is one day a week where they can crack out their prom dresses, wedding gowns
or tuxedos. Additionally since people in this sort of garb are usually on their best behavior, this might actually increase productivity among workers.

This idea feels fammiliar but i couldnt find it when i searched, does anyone know if its already been halfbaked? |

It appears the trend is turning towards more formal attire in the business world in general. Perhaps it is the tough economic times or perhaps it is a swing in the pendulum towards conservatism or, maybe, people just overdosed on casual Fridays. |

It hasn't quite gotten to the tuxedo stage yet, though. Maybe your idea will change all that. |
|
| |
I've seen a man that painted houses in roller skates and wearing a tuxedo on one of those, "That's Incredible/Ripleys believe it or not" kind of shows, and tried for too long to Google up a picture. No dice.
I think you would have gotten a kick out of it. |

There's a guy on the site I work on who was hired by a friend of his who ran into him randomly while he was working at Subway. |
|
| |
He hired him on the spot and the guy quit on the spot. |
|
| |
They left Subway, stopped at a store to get work boots and a brain bucket, and he started work in his subway uniform. Apron and Sandwich Artist tag included. |
|
| |
[Giblet] i couldn't work out why the guy needed work boots and a helmet to work on your website - then i realised you must work on a building site. |
