Streakers aren't really serious about showing off their naughty bits; they do it for the shock value.
Perhaps people would be less inclined to streak if they were caged, naked, for the duration of the game if they are caught. In the case of a cricket test match that could mean up to five days.
The
Streaker Controller is a robotic streaker-hunting device that, with three others of its kind, chases the streaker until one of them captures and cages the offender. They are armed with a range of photoelectric devices, smoke and tear gas launchers and low voltage cattle prods to assist in their efforts.
Capable of speeds up to 60mph in short bursts and highly manoeuvrable, a few of them can easily corral a streaker or two and put them on show for the delectation of the great unwashed... err, spectators.
Players and referees/umpires simply wear an IFF transponder, to prevent incidences of "friendly trapping". [link]

What if it's control, as in raising
the population of streakers 'cause
they like the cage? |
|

It's all good. I see no impediment to making them a spectator diversion, in that case. |

And that is why I bunned it. |

Now edited, to better fit the HB "ethos". |

I think this is in the wrong category, unless I'm missing something obvious... |

There is no Other:Moron Hunting category. |

Methinks [UB] believes that streakers are a waste of space. |
|
| |
That was the other reason, [CP], but it sounded a little rantish. |

I think [Cedar Park] might have covered that, just reading the annos. |
